OVERVIEW This website is operated by Phynix Fit LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Phynix Fit LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ALL SALES FINAL POLICY At Phynix Fit, we are focused on providing high-performance gear to our dedicated Founding Crew.

 

• No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or fit preferences.
• Exceptions: The only exception is for items that arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing errors. You must report such issues within 7 days of delivery.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & NEXUS

• Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Phynix Fit LLC is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Taxation: As an Ohio-based brand, state and local sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders shipped within Ohio.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos (including the Phynix bird icon), and images, is the property of Phynix Fit LLC. You may not use our intellectual property for any commercial purpose without express written consent.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
