Phynix Fit: Shipping Policy

We prioritize getting high-performance gear into your hands with the same intensity we bring to a heavy session.

• Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During new drop cycles, this may take slightly longer to ensure every piece meets our standards.
• Shipping: We primarily ship within the U.S.. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.
• Local Advantage: Being based in Findlay, Ohio, our local "Founding Crew" may see faster delivery times.
• Taxes: Ohio residents will be charged state/local sales tax at checkout. For most other U.S. states, we do not currently collect sales tax.
• Responsibility: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Phynix Fit is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• International: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all import duties and local taxes upon arrival.
