Delete Your PhynixFit Account

You may permanently delete your PhynixFit account and the personal information associated with it at any time.

Delete your account in the PhynixFit app

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the PhynixFit app:

  1. Sign in to your PhynixFit account.
  2. Open your profile or account settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the deletion notice and confirm your request.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, submit the contact form below using the email address associated with your PhynixFit account.

In the message field, write:

Please permanently delete my PhynixFit account and associated data.

To protect your account, PhynixFit may contact you at the account email address to verify your identity before completing the request.

Do not submit your password, payment-card information, Social Security number, or other sensitive authentication information through this form.

Information deleted

When your deletion request is completed, PhynixFit will delete or permanently de-identify the personal information associated with your app account, including, as applicable:

  • Your PhynixFit login and profile
  • Your name, email address, date of birth, gender, height, weight, goals, and experience-level information
  • Saved workout plans and workout information
  • Saved nutrition targets and meal estimates
  • Profile images and meal images stored by PhynixFit
  • Saved AI-generated workout and nutrition outputs
  • Other Firebase records associated with your PhynixFit user account

Certain limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, protect the security of PhynixFit, or maintain restricted backup systems. Information retained for these purposes will not be used to continue providing the deleted account.

Subscription cancellation

Deleting your PhynixFit account does not necessarily cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Before deleting your account, cancel any active subscription through the store where you purchased it. Otherwise, Apple or Google may continue billing the subscription according to the store’s terms.

Deleting an account may permanently prevent access to subscription benefits associated with that account.

Processing requests

Requests submitted through this page will be processed after PhynixFit verifies that the requester controls the account. We may contact you for additional information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity.
